Ryan Rodrigues is the Director of the Climate Solutions Campaign at the Clean Economy Fund, where he is responsible for providing entry-points for new philanthropy into Canada’s climate space.

Ryan has been nurturing relationships and building diverse international partnerships with
philanthropists, governments, charities, non-profits and foundations for more than 20 years. He has been instrumental in fundraising campaigns and alumni relations at Queen’s University, Western University, University of Guelph and Toronto Metropolitan University among others, and has been involved in granting more than $700M to organizations through his public secretarial appointments.

Ryan is an active community volunteer, having served on over twenty boards, and is the recipient of a number of awards, including from the Canadian Council for Advancement of Education (CCAE), the Ivey Business School, the Government and Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, and the American Society for Quality, among others.

Ryan has an MBA from the Ivey Business School at Western University and a B.A. in Psychology and English from Huron University College. He has studied at IPADE Business School in Mexico, the Cheng Yu Tung Management Institute in China, as well as programs through the Institute of Corporate Directors, Toronto Metropolitan University, the Rotman School of Management and
Stanford University.

Ryan enjoys spending time with his wife and son, playing tennis, golf, and biking in the summer months, and playing platform tennis and skiing in the winter months.
